Providing safe spaces, advice and the Free Talk Intervention programme to support self-led change

We believe that people experiencing challenges in life should have a safe space they can visit to access trusted advice, advocacy and the opportunity to explore ideas about the way they think and live.

We provide this and more at our Adult Community Hub and Young People’s Hub in St. Paul’s Bristol, meeting people in a non-judgemental space and supporting opportunities for change on their terms.

Donate and help us to help others to stop the cycle.

The Free Talk Intervention

Key to our other services is The Free Talk Intervention Programme, developed over three years through work with people with lived experience and built on a solid, accredited curriculum that addresses the root causes of offending or challenging behaviour.

We deliver the programme in prisons, supported accommodation, schools and for people across the Criminal Justice System, as well as offering drop-in sessions at our Adult and Young People’s Hubs.
